Terms & Conditions
We require a 50% deposit at the time of
reservation. Deposit is fully refundable only if cancellations are made 48 hours
prior to the rental date. Balance is due 48 hours prior to the rental date.
Balance is due 48 hours prior to the delivery date along with the final
revisions.
Orders taken within 5 days of the delivery date
must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
Delivery is available at an additional charge.
Rates are based on curbside only; other locations and after-hours services
subject to additional fees. Set-up and breakdown of equipment is available, with
prior notice, at an additional cost.
We provide 24-hour on call support for our
clients. If there is an error in your order or an equipment malfunction, we will
respond to correct the situation. We ask that you check your order on delivery
and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
Responsibility for the rental equipment remains
with the client from the time of delivery until the time of return or pick-up.
Please be sure that all equipment is secured and protected from the elements.
Linen must be returned dry to prevent mildew and
free of food particles. Linens must be returned in the supplied laundry bag (not
in plastic bags) to prevent mildew. We charge current replacement costs for
damaged linens.
China, flatware, glassware and food service
equipment must be returned rinsed and repacked properly in the provided crates
and racks.
Chairs and tables will be delivered stacked and
must be returned stacked in the same manner (on the provided pallets) and placed
in the same location for pick-up.
